You will be the face of our company, requiring professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key
Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver laundry to and from our clients' homes or businesses.
Adhere to scheduled routes and timings while being flexible to accommodate any last-minute changes.
Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Ensure the safe handling and transportation of laundry to prevent loss or damage.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any customer queries or concerns during pickup and delivery.
Solve problems independently and make decisions that align with company policies.
Keep accurate records of pickups and deliveries.
Requirements:
Must use your own vehicle for pickups and deliveries.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and make decisions on the spot.
Professional and positive attitude.
Must be free of odors or offensive smells to maintain the quality of our service and respect for our clients.
Reliability is paramount.
Ability to lift and carry laundry bags/containers.
