We are currently looking for a Construction Project Assistant with previous administrative experience to join our team! What you'll be doingAssist Project Managers in planning work schedules, determining manpower levels, and arranging for the assignment of project employeesAssist in the coordination of project activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget constraintsTime reporting for field employeesMonthly progress billing to General ContractorsAssist with the acquisition of materials and equipmentCompose correspondence and reports as neededAdvise and assist Project Managers with potential problems, work interferences, and scheduling difficultiesCheck deadlines on all incoming requests and take initiative on appropriate prioritiesProcess day-to-day administrative items per supervisor's request (i.
e.
expense reports, supply requisitions, Pos, HR transaction forms, budgets, etc.
